Here it is – my first blog – “photographie.in”.

As the title implicates this should be the place to talk about photography. Of cause my very own view on this fabulous hobby. So the first thing you learned: photography is a hobby for me. I´m not a pro (you recognize that immediately if you go to my gallery) and I don´t wanna be. I guess I have to say that I´m even not the most talented amateur, but hey – nothing you can´t change with some passion and work. And here comes the second point: I definitely hope for some critical feedback regarding my pictures – don´t worry I will survive as long as it´s not getting personal…

My very first steps in presenting my work and try to discuss were on the well known communities – my choice was ipernity. I saw a hell of good photographers out there (and a hell of much worse than me )and I took a lot of inspiration out of it, but it´s difficult to receive some honest feedback. In most cases the usual suspects clap to each other and you read always the same phrases. “wow, nice picture, I love it, …..” But why you love it? Why you maybe don´t? What about the technical aspect of the image? What´s the difference to all the other landscapes or whatever? …
Of cause I can´t expect that in my first and still very unknown blog this will change – but, why not giving it a chance? I´m positive about that project and looking forward to see how it´s gonna develop. I hope to make some nice contacts to other photographers, bloggers and interesting people…
